At BathExpo, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Inspection and Acceptance of Products
- All items must be inspected at our showroom before pickup or within 3 days after delivery.
- If damage is found, do not accept the delivery or do not pick up the item from the showroom.
- After 3 days from the delivery date, we will not accept any claims regarding damages.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- No returns or refunds are accepted 3 weeks after the showroom pickup or the delivery date.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted, sale, or floor sample/display units cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If a unit is damaged during installation, BathExpo is not responsible, and the unit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Discounted, sale, or floor sample/display units cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Returns for Non-Damaged Items
- If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, you may do so within 7 business days after delivery or showroom pickup.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to such returns.
